1. How much is shipping?
Shipping within the United States is free on all orders.
2. Are these for marijuana, CBD, or nicotine?
That depends on the pen you choose. Juul vapes are one of the most popular nicotine vapes available and are sold in stores throughout much of the US. Stiiizy and PAX Era pens are intended for cannabis consumption, which can mean either marijuana or CBD derived from industrial hemp (the stuff effectively legalized at the federal level by the 2018 Farm Bill). 510 batteries can do it all. They are a popular style for nicotine, CBD, MMJ, and herbal vaping cartridges.

5. Do you make your own batteries?
We offer our own line of 510 thread vape pen batteries. Our Juul, Stiiizy, and PAX Era pens come directly from their respective manufacturers, then we wrap them in our own brand of graphic excellence and release them into the wild.

6. How do I know when my 510 is fully charged?
When the light on the charger is green and the LED on the pen is out, it’s ready to go.
7. What does a flashing red light mean?
A flashing red? Battery dead. Easy mnemonic to help make sure you’ve got plenty of battery to StayLit.
8. What does a flashing white light mean?
Something’s wrong with your battery’s connection to the cartridge. Make sure it’s not too tight or too loose. If necessary, turn the battery off and clean the contact inside the threads of both the cartridge and battery with a cotton swab. If all else fails, try a different cartridge to make sure the one you’re trying isn’t defective.
9. What is “pre-heating”?
When you click your button twice, our 510 thread battery enters a pre-heating mode and the LED will cycle through every color during pre-heating. When you preheat your cartridge, your pen heats without you drawing on it so that your next immediate draw comes with the full flavor and potency of your chosen material. This is especially helpful with heavier concentrates, as they can take longer to get started and even end up with “gaps” where material has been vaped but the medium was too thick to fill itself back in. If you hit this on accident, a single click will cancel the cycle.
10. Why do I need different voltages?
Substances react differently when burned at different temperatures, and the voltage lets you control how hot your vaping material is burning. Nicotine juice is largely based on personal preference, but cannabis-based materials like CBD or MMJ are a bit different. High temperatures can harm terpenes, certain active ingredients in the cannabis plant. Low temps give you less vapor but a higher terpene content. High temps give you more vapor, but the terpenes are partially burnt off, leaving a harsher flavor and less effect. The middle setting is a good mix between the two.
